Wingate by Wyndham SeaTac Airport

“Hotel was clean. Staff was friendly and very helpful. Breakfast was fine, as good as continental gets. Had plain bagels, oatmeal, yogurt, sausage links, a couple types of cereal, waffles, and a few other things. The only issue was the sheets and pillow cases were rough, like sand papery. The beds were comfortable, though. The towels were also a little rough, probably just older. Everything else was good. Had mini fridge in room but no microwave.”

“Wingate’s front desk staff was kind, friendly, and very accommodating — they sent the free hotel shuttle to me as soon as I gave them a call after my arrival (even though I was the only passenger), and they let me check in as soon as my room was ready (after they found out that had I planned to wait 5 hours in the lobby until check-in time). My room was clean, amenities were sufficient, and I got a great night’s sleep in the soft and comfortable bed after my international flight. Overall, an excellent hotel for $105/night!”

“Our family was here for the grand opening, which was nice to witness. We had a good stay, and the manager, Barbara was pleasant and welcoming. Facilities were super clean, which was a staple for our expectations, and very convenient location for our flight to SEA-TAC airport early in the morning. A few things I think management should consider: Breakfast is free, but unfortunately - aside from the standards, I felt the quality, freshness, and variety was lacking. There should be more warm and freshly made food (eggs, bacon, sausages, etc.) available at the very beginning of the morning. This speaks volumes. The eggs were often stale and cold, and I didn't feel there were a lot of options. Room for improvement there, for sure. Breakfast and quality of food is a huge thing for us. In addition, in the room we stayed in, there was no where to hang your coats/suits, clothes. Other than those minor things, it was a good experience and I would recommend for anyone who doesn't like staying in dirty/old hotels.”

“Recently stayed here for 3 nights and loved it. The hotel is nice and clean. Housekeeping was on top when scheduled. My sister and I loved the smell while walking through the hallways. It was a nice clean flower scent all the time. Will definitely stay here again. Close to airport also.”

“The staff was so friendly and helpful. We were able to leave our luggage at the desk before and after check out so we could explore Seattle. The shuttle drivers were super friendly and helpful. One even recommended a great bbq restaurant to eat at! The rooms were super clean and comfortable. Our remote to TV wasn't working. My husband went to front desk and she gave him a different one. She was really nice. Also while there a customer was being ugly to the front desk girl. The girl handled the matter in such a calm professional way. Way to go girl. I was getting angry for her. We definitely will recommend this hotel.”

“Overall, very nice experience at this Wingate location. I arrived at the airport very late at night (about 2 am) and the front desk associate answered the phone and was patient with me to dispatch the shuttle to my location, even after I called him several times while I was dealing with the airport. The shuttle was very fast and convenient, however, upon departure, I wish they had stated that there was a passenger limit. I was added to a schedule and had to wait slightly longer. Very minor inconvenience. The room itself was very lovely for the class of hotel. The bed was very comfortable, and the bathroom was very modern and upscale, better than a hotel I stayed in days later for 3X the price! The breakfast was minimal, but met my needs. Overall, great stay and I would recommend this to my colleagues.”

“Beautiful building and rooms. The bed was raised fairly high and the pillows were so firm and fluffy (big). The bathroom had great lighting. The mini fridge really worked and kept things so cold. No microwave, which is a bummer. The two women who were working graveyard (or maybe swing, the times were on the cusp) were personable and attentive. Would definitely return. I’ve been doing the hotel thing this past month while waiting on my new place so I’ve tried a good handful of different places. For the price, the service, and quality, I’m sure I’ll come back.”

“Checked in at 11pm on a Thursday night. There was ample parking near the entrance and the check in was quick and seamless. The security deposit was a mere $50 for one night and the bed WAS FIRM and so comfortable. The pillows were perfect to sink into but also firm. The shower was large enough for two and there were more than enough towels. Also, the TV was very clear. I enjoyed our stay. Also there's a 7/11 right next to the hotel and a denny's a little bit more down. You do need to have a parking permit though provided by the front desk so make sure you know your plate number!”
